Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SemanticFuture website, digital publications, downloads, customer accounts, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). SemanticFuture, also referred to as “Semantic Futures” in some materials, is a digital publishing project of Web3 Connected (“SemanticFuture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. Our services
SemanticFuture publishes educational material about artificial intelligence, search, semantic systems, creator strategy, and related subjects. Our current offerings include ebooks, articles, workbooks, and associated downloadable resources. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue products or site features.
The Services provide educational and informational material, not legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice. Research and technology discussed in our publications continue to evolve, and we do not promise any particular search ranking, audience growth, revenue, or business result.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to make a purchase. A minor may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.
When you create an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- keep your password and account credentials confidential;
- not share, sell, or transfer your account;
- notify us promptly through our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access; and
- accept responsibility for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.
3. Purchases and payment processing
Prices and currencies are displayed before purchase. Web3 Connected acts as the merchant for SemanticFuture transactions, and your receipt or payment record may identify Web3 Connected or our payment provider. Payments are currently processed by PayPal. PayPal’s own terms and privacy statement govern the information and payment method you provide directly to PayPal.
You authorize the applicable purchase price shown at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or product description errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we may cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund. You are responsible for taxes legally due on your purchase, except where we or a payment provider are required to calculate, collect, or remit them.
4. Digital delivery and download access
Products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Access may appear in your customer account and may also be provided through a time-limited signed link. Each product may have a download limit, which is shown in your account or product record. Download attempts may be recorded to enforce that limit, prevent abuse, and support customers.
You are responsible for downloading and safely backing up purchased files. We aim to keep legitimate purchases accessible, but we do not promise indefinite hosting of every retired product or compatibility with every future device, reader, or operating system. Contact us if a confirmed purchase is not delivered.
5. License and intellectual property
A purchase gives you a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use a purchased publication for your own personal learning or internal business reference.
Unless we give written permission or applicable law expressly allows it, you may not:
- copy, publish, upload, distribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or share a purchased file;
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices;
- make the product available through a shared library, membership, repository, or public network;
- use substantial portions of our products to train or develop a competing commercial model or publication; or
- present our content as your own.
SemanticFuture, Web3 Connected, our logos, site design, original articles, publications, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Refunds and payment disputes
Because digital products are made available promptly after payment, sales are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise. We will review a refund or replacement request made within 14 days of purchase when there is a duplicate charge, verified non-delivery, or a material technical defect that keeps the product from being used and that we cannot reasonably correct.
Submit requests through our contact form with the email address used for the account and relevant order details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. A refund or reversed payment may revoke the associated product license and download access. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or commit fraud;
- gain unauthorized access to an account, server, database, file, or network;
- introduce malware or interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the Services;
- circumvent download limits, access controls, payment verification, or signed-link protections;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract site content through automated means without written permission; or
- impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation with SemanticFuture or Web3 Connected.
8. Feedback and submissions
If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without compensation or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of personal information submitted through support requests, which remains governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or interact with third-party services, including PayPal and cited research or documentation. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, address a payment reversal, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including licenses, ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—will survive.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently secure operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may interrupt access. We may update publications to correct errors or reflect new research, but a purchase does not guarantee every future edition or separate product unless stated at purchase.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY EDUCATIONAL STRATEGY WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEMANTICFUTURE, WEB3 CONNECTED, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR US$100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SemanticFuture, Web3 Connected, and their affiliates and personnel from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own misconduct.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived.
Before filing a formal claim, you and we agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days after written notice submitted through our contact form. Except for an eligible individual claim in small-claims court or a request for emergency injunctive relief, unresolved disputes will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer or commercial rules. Arbitration may be conducted remotely unless the arbitrator requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, representative, or private-attorney-general action. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction rather than arbitration.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business practices, or law. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may also provide a prominent site notice or account communication. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
17. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms form the entire agreement concerning the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or operation of the Services.
18. Contact us
Questions about these Terms, an account, or a purchase may be submitted through the SemanticFuture contact form. Please do not include passwords, complete payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
